How many times have you gone “gung-ho” and created a workout plan that you were going to use to get that sculpted body you’ve been after for so many years? Well, I myself could fill a rather large book with the number of pages I’ve created as part of my “new workout plan”.
They all fell through! I guess you could gather that from my need to continue creating them. LOL
Well, I finally found one that I was able to make stick, at least for the last few months, which is really a few months more success than any of my others plans, so I reall think I’m onto something here.
It works like this…
Ini the past, I would create a really complex workout scedule that hit every muscle group multiple times per week. The plans obviously required some heavy duty work from me. The result? I never did them. Now, however, I created a plan that’s simple. It only requires the following 4 basic exercises:
Squats: build my muscles in my legs
Bench Presses: build muscles in my chest shoulders and arms
Rows: build muscles in my back and arms
Plank: builds core strength and abs
That’s it. I only do a couple of sets per each exercise once a week and I find that I can stick to this schedule. Now, is it better than my old heavily loaded plan? I don’t know, I could never find enough fire to put under my butt to actually attempt those plans. But I can say that in the past 3 months I’ve increased my reps by double using the same weight. I’m getting stronger and feel a ton better.
Of course, before you start any exercise program you should consult with your Doctor to make sure you’re healthy enough to do so.
Now, I’m going to combine my workout plan with this great diet program to really help me eliminate that extra weight for good.
