Most people that are overweight and looking for strong appetite suppressants usually haven’t had much luck sticking to any particular diet program. The problem is, diets only tell you what you can and cannot eat, they don’t tell you how to make the body not want to eat the large portions of food that it’s grown accustom to eating. Thus grows the desire for strong appetite suppressants. But is this really the right move?

Well, here’s the kicker…

1) There isn’t any pill that’s going to magically eliminate the desire for fatty (high-calorie) food cravings that the body has slowly built up an addiction to over the years.

2) Fat people almost never eat when they are hungry, anyway. The truth is most fat people never allow themselves to get to the point of hunger, so they end up feeding themselves long before any hunger sets in. Of course, this is a habit, and it also has a big role in why the person is fat.

So, an overweight person can take a pill that suppresses his/her appetite, yet they don’t eat when they’re hungry, anyway. Furthermore, the pill doesn’t do anything to help the person stop craving the high fat foods. Does this game plan make any sense to you? Not me.

Not to mention what happens when the strong appetite suppressants are no longer being taken? They can’t (or shouldn’t) be taken forever due to the side effects and safety hazards. That’s another thing to think about.

Lasting weight loss can only occur when eating habits change. This takes a dedicated effort from the person trying to lose weight. As said earlier, most diets easily spell out what you can and can’t eat, but the diet menus are just too damn bland for you to look forward eating that way for the rest of your life.

For lasting weight loss you not only need to eat the right kinds of foods, but you also need to be able to feed your body good tasting foods that you can live with long term.

The truth is, after a while, low calorie diets will have you hating anything with a “low calorie” label on it. Low carbohydrate diets will have you hating meats before very long. Vegetable diets will have you hating veggies, fruit diet, well, you get it.

The only diet we’ve known to really allow the person to eat ‘real’ everyday foods is the Fatloss For Idiots diet. We’ve ranked this our number 1 diet for many reasons, and one is because it allows you to change your eating habits but allows you a menu that you can live with, and still lose an incredible amount of weight. It’s quite an amazing diet plan.
