Oh my God, now listen… I’m usually so sick and tired of hearing about the “plus 8″ team but I need to say this. I just saw a recent article on Kate Gosselin and my jaw dropped. We all know her story, this gal had 8 kids (6 at once) and her belly was so out of shape at one point most would have thrown in the towel. She didn’t and now she looks incredible!
Of course a little tuck and clip does go a long way. In fact, I believe I remember seeing an episode on her show where she had lose skin around her tummy removed. Well, that’s kind of expected after carrying 6 kids! But the results are great. She looks good.
In her latest article that I had read, Kate described on she attributes the weight loss to running every day and eating healthy. No doubt, that’s a good combination that will certainly get anyone in shape. However, chasing 8 kids may just burn more calories than the running. Anyone that has a toddler will probably agree with that!
Am I still waiting in line to see the next “plus 8″ series? Heck no, I’m still tired of the whole thing and want it to end quickly. But in terms of a really nice transformation, Kate, you did a hell of a job girl!
