You get up in the morning and the first thing you do is think of food. Before you go to sleep at night you find yourself having the uncontrollable urge to “get full” first. Throughout the day you eat big meals yet you find yourself looking for something else to munch on in between. What’s the problem?

If you find yourself in this situation then you may have noticed another crazy thing, and that is most of the time you’re not even hungry yet you’re always thinking about getting something else to eat. Don’t get too depressed. If you’re asking yourself “why I can’t stop eating?” and “how can I gain control of my weight?” then you’re mentally ready to learn how to beat it. Obviously, since you’re reading this article you’re ready to take action!

Well, that figure tends to depend on the individual that you’re asking. If you’re talking to the Biggest Loser trainers they might say the more the merrier. Heck, those Biggest Loser folks lose up to 20+ pounds in one week! On the other hand, most realistic weight loss programs aim for a target of much less. So, who is right? How much weight can you safely lose each week?

There are two kinds of people that go one a diet. The kind that don’t have too much to lose and really aren’t what anyone would consider as “fat”, and then there’s the kind that are constantly on a diet yet always battling to keep the scale from creeping up. The first group doesn’t really have an issue with diets. It’s the second group that continually fails at dieting a will likely fail for the rest of their lives. But wait a minute; if dieting doesn’t work then perhaps there is a way to lose weight without dieting?

Oh my God, now listen… I’m usually so sick and tired of hearing about the “plus 8″ team but I need to say this. I just saw a recent article on Kate Gosselin and my jaw dropped. We all know her story, this gal had 8 kids (6 at once) and her belly was so out of shape at one point most would have thrown in the towel. She didn’t and now she looks incredible!
