How many times have you gone “gung-ho” and created a workout plan that you were going to use to get that sculpted body you’ve been after for so many years? Well, I myself could fill a rather large book with the number of pages I’ve created as part of my “new workout plan”.

They all fell through! I guess you could gather that from my need to continue creating them. LOL

Well, I finally found one that I was able to make stick, at least for the last few months, which is really a few months more success than any of my others plans, so I reall think I’m onto something here.

Remember the old saying “if you can pinch more than an inch…” which basically was a way to tell how fat you were getting. If you could pinch more than an inch you were getting fat, so you would lose weight. If you couldn’t pinch that inch of fat then you were ok. Many people still use this technique to see how out of sync they are becoming with their diet.

But what do us big folks do? Pinch an inch? Hell I don’t know how much in inches it is that I’m pinching, but it sure aint no inch. It’s a handful! So unfortunately, there goes that measuring technique. The only thing left is the scale.

We all worry about heart dieses today. No wonder, it’s one of our worse enemies. But, there is a very basic thing that we can do to help protect ourselves from the hidden dangers of heart disease – drink green tea.

It may sound too simple, but in one study of more than 40,000 people, those that drank more than 5 or more cups of green tea every day had the lowest risk of dying from heart disease or stroke.
