Eating healthy in today’s world of fast food certainly isn’t easy to accomplish, especially on a continual basis. We’re all busy people. It’s just too easy to go out and grab dinner somewhere and not have to deal with all the cleaning of pots, pans and dishes.
Does this mean we should just throw up our hands in diet defeat and just stuff our faces until our little ol’ strained hearts are content? Well, I certainly don’t think so!
There are some things that even us busy people can do if we are serious about maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Well, the consensus on the net says that Jessica Simpson used a line-in personal trainer who stayed with her for 3 months pushing her through every workout and overseeing everything she ate. The foods mainly consisted of grilled chicken, fish and vegetables. The workouts were done 5 days a week and consisted of 90 minutes of weights and cardio work…
Fad diets come and go. Some enter with a bang and slowly fade over time, while others continue to ohh and ahh dieters for years. So what makes them so bad anyway?
Well, the main reason fad diets are frowned upon is because they do not work. Some say they even make you more over weight. Imagine that – a diet that makes you fatter. Well, statistics show that it’s true. There are also many fad diets that aren’t even healthy and just downright dangerous.
Without naming any names, let’s take a low carb diet for an example…
Most people that are overweight and looking for strong appetite suppressants usually haven’t had much luck sticking to any particular diet program. The problem is, diets only tell you what you can and cannot eat, they don’t tell you how to make the body not want to eat the large portions of food that it’s grown accustom to eating. Thus grows the desire for strong appetite suppressants. But is this really the right move?

1) There isn’t any pill that’s going to magically eliminate the desire for fatty (high-calorie) food cravings that the body has slowly built up an addiction to over the years.
