Call them prescription fat burners, prescription weight loss drugs or prescription diet pills; they’re all the same thing. They tend to make you lose weight and you need a Doctor’s prescription to get them. The fact that a Doctor has to sign for them gives many people the impression that these things are powerful. However, don’t let that fool you. These little pills are not magical and many of them come with a whole lot of precautions.

 


With today’s food service industry providing us with ample opportunities to overeat, it has become increasingly hard to eat in a healthy way. There’s no easy way to say it. Dieting is difficult–but there are things you can do to make it a little easier.

I found out about Fatloss4Idiots through a friend and, to be frank, I was skeptical. My mind immediately went to the chain of ‘for dummies’ books at the local book store, which are actually pretty good. I just assumed it was a short-lived copycat marketing ploy. Well, when my friend lost 72 pounds I thought I better give it a second look. LOL.

 

After digging through the Fatloss4Idiots website I noticed a lot of things I liked, but had to verify. Most of which were the claims of very rapid weight loss - I’m talking Biggest Loser type weight loss numbers…
